Have been shopping at this camera store since 2017 & I’m easily in the shop a few times a month to make a purchase or get some film processed. Gaelan is the man to see, awesome product knowledge & his customer service is always on point. The pricing is more than reasonable for the brands & equipment I use (And 99% of the time better than most other stores out there). Zero complaints, Will continue to shop & drop my film here as I've never been let down with any purchases or service, the turn around time for film processing is quick and each visit to the store is a positive experience. Keep up the good work guys 📷

Absolutely amazing camera shop! The staff is INCREDIBLE — they know every detail and spec of every product, and you can tell they truly love what they do. I was able to try the gear in person, which made a huge difference. Prices are great too Super quick film developments Highly recommend this place to anyone into photography or videography! Had a really positive experience at DigiDirect thanks to Tamer and his coworker (sorry I didn’t catch his name!). I visited the store twice before deciding on the X100VI and never once felt pressured to buy or rushed into a decision. Tamer was insightful, patient, and generous with his advice, while still fully respecting my own preferences. That balance made a huge difference. I eventually went ahead with the purchase, and so far it’s been great. Really appreciate the honest and supportive service — will definitely be back.

I placed an online order for the Sony FE 200–600mm f/5.6–6.3 OSS lens in mid-October. At the time of purchase, the website did not indicate that the item was out of stock. After reaching out to customer service for an estimated delivery time, I was informed that the lens was out of stock, with an ETA of mid to late December. Mark from customer service handled the situation exceptionally well. He was proactive, professional, and arranged the lens from another store, ensuring it was delivered to me the very next day. I was highly impressed with his support and the overall customer service experience.

Placed an order for the Fujifilm XF 16-55mm f/2.8 Mark II. Was told that there is a long queue for the lens. Decided to book it in anyway. Two months later, got the call and the lens.
